A Taiwan Railways Administration train decorated with the national flags of Taiwan and Japan plies a stretch of track in Taipei City. Set to begin service Jan. 15 between Keelung City in the north and Kaohsiung City in the south, the vehicle is one of two with special liveries under a tourism collaboration with Osaka-based Nankai Electric Railway Co.
