Kin Moy, former deputy assistant secretary of state in the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, will take over in summer from Christopher J. Marut as director of the Taipei office of the American Institute in Taiwan. A 20-plus year U.S. Department of State official, Moy is an expert in Taiwan, Mongolia and mainland China affairs. (UDN)
