The Hsinchu City Government is to hold the 2015 Roots and Shoots Animal Parade Oct. 31. Co-hosted by the Jane Goodall Institute Taiwan, the 5th edition of the annual event—in which participants dress as animals to celebrate the rich diversity of the animal world—is expected to attract more than 1,200 visitors in 40 groups.
