The library of Yilan Neicheng Elementary and Junior High School is proving popular with readers and tourists as a result of its ecological pond, leafy trees and luscious lawn. Completed in September last year, the facility boasts a collection of books expanded Sept. 16 with titles donated by the public. (UDN)
