A lucky red envelope marking the upcoming Year of the Monkey in the Chinese zodiac is released Jan. 29 by the ROC Presidential Office. The souvenir includes an NT$1 (US$0.02) coin and carries autographs of President Ma Ying-jeou and Vice President Wu Den-yih. (CNA)
