Local comic book illustrator Ao Yu-hsiang shares his recent experiences as a resident artist in Angouleme, France, during the opening of an exhibition March 29 in Hualien County, eastern Taiwan. Ao, who won a prestigious Golden Comic Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014, is renowned for his 1985 signature piece “Black Dragon Court Yard.” (CNA)
