An installation by Taiwan art studio Pakavulay is displayed at the 2017 Taiwan East Coast Land Arts Festival in the southeastern county of Taitung. Organized by the East Coast National Scenic Area Headquarters, the annual festival featuring music performances and workshops is set to run from June 29 to Nov. 30 this year.
