Luce Memorial Chapel at Tunghai University in central Taiwan’s Taichung City is designated April 25 as a national historic monument by the Ministry of Culture. Built in 1963, the iconic structure was designed by Pritzker Architecture Prize winner I. M. Pei. (Courtesy of MOC)
