Coast Guard Administration vessel Hsun Hu No. 9 is patrolling the waters of Okinotori reef in the Western Pacific from May 1 following the recent seizure and release of Taiwan fishing boat Dong Sheng Ji No. 16 by Japan Coast Guard.
